Midnight: next morn

Midnight is the end of a civilization that fails itself. But what comes after?

When pollution weakens temporarily, survivors emerge from bunkers. They salvage the remains of a broken world and prepare their utopia. Until the clock ticks again. 

This is an RTS game where you capture structures that grant utopia, industry, or other perks. Industry limits your army size, the one with the most utopia when pollution comes back wins. Do whatever you can to secure your utopia, including researching iffy techs.

• Pollution. Access the surface only for a limited time to gather resources for your utopia. Beware of animals and the BLOO (radioactive semi-sentient blood) rising from blood-soaked battle aftermaths.
• Salvage. Civilization is in rubble. Remaining resources, industry, and machines wait to be discovered in a procedurally generated world. And fought over.
• Command. Issue orders across the map to the living and machines. Or directly micromanage critical skirmishes. Mighty heroes will emerge too.
• Research. Explore a shifting tech tree. Perhaps a little bioweapon, propaganda, or other horrors can help establish your "utopia"?
• Survive. Survive and perhaps tame the wild monsters that reclaimed the surface.
• Replayable. New terrain and available techs in each game. Play to unlock starting perks.
