Beta 2.2 Changes

Beta 2.2 changelog:

• Introduced a basic puzzle-like skirmish for tutorials. It needs some further refinement and there are plans to extend it into a puzzle mode.
• Changed skirmish background to a less noisy one.
• Made network/online play available from the skirmish menu (card trading is not accessible this way but it will be reinstated in future versions).
